Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the KMCC Care public registration website.

The service is operated for Society of KMCC Care. The functioning of the Society shall be fully subject to the provisions of The Kerala Societies Registration Act, 2025.

• Society, We, Us, or Our means Society of KMCC Care.
• Service means the public registration website, applicant onboarding pages, and related digital services provided for KMCC Care registration.
• You means the person accessing or using the Service, or the applicant or representative on whose behalf the Service is used.
• Application means information, declarations, files, and supporting details submitted through the Service.

The name of the Society is Society of KMCC Care. The present and registered office address is Hamarain Center, 73/117, Edakkad, Pavangad, Puthiyangadi PO, Calicut Dt.

The objectives and activities of the Society shall be carried out only in India.

The Service is provided to support public applicant onboarding and related communication. You agree to use it only for lawful, accurate, and authorized registration purposes.

• Do not submit false, misleading, forged, or unauthorized information.
• Do not upload files that are unlawful, harmful, corrupted, or unrelated to the registration request.
• Do not attempt to bypass authentication, access another applicant session, disrupt the Service, or interfere with security controls.
• Keep any application reference, browser session, or communication received from the Service confidential.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, membership, benefit eligibility, or any welfare support. Applications may be reviewed, corrected, rejected, or kept pending according to Society rules, verification requirements, and applicable law.

The Society may contact you for clarifications, missing documents, or correction of submitted information.

Your use of the Service is also subject to the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how information submitted through the Service is collected, used, retained, and shared.

The Service may rely on third party infrastructure, hosting, communication, storage, or security providers. The Society is not responsible for independent websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Society.

The Service is provided for public onboarding support and may be updated, suspended, or changed for maintenance, security, operational, legal, or administrative reasons.

We may revise these Terms when the Service, Society practices, or legal requirements change. Continued use of the Service after publication of revised Terms means you accept the updated Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Society shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, delay in, or inability to use the Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits obligations that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in India, including the provisions governing the Society under The Kerala Societies Registration Act, 2025.
